Agreement Specifications
1. DerCloud is the basic web service brand of Hudson Investments INC. which owns the full operating rights and ownership of the brand. To the extent permitted by law, the website develops, publishes and maintains these Terms of Service; and provides services to customers in accordance with the relevant terms and rules of this document.
2. This Agreement (Contract) applies to DerCloud and Users, and an individual or legal entity that subscribes to DerCloud products or services is a User.
3. When you purchase Symantec products or services, you must agree to these Terms of Service; anyone who has purchased DerCloud products or services and completed payment is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
4. These Terms of Service shall have the same legal effect on the User and DerCloud as the written terms signed by the Customer.
5. DerCloud reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes, additions or deletions to these terms are effective immediately upon updating this page.
Article 1 User Information and Privacy Protection
1. You shall provide the appropriate identification information and other information required by the network in a timely manner, otherwise the network has the right to refuse to provide you with the relevant services.
2. The user information you fill in is true and accurate, and the Company can guarantee to contact you through the contact information you fill in; 3.
3. Users should properly keep their user accounts, and the account to carry out all the activities and events bear full responsibility; 4.
4. Users agree and authorize DerCloud to maintain contact, communication and emergency management with customers through user information provided by DerCloud, including but not limited to email, instant messaging, etc., based on the importance of the products and services; and
5. Any information submitted by users on this website will only be used for the purpose of providing users with a more efficient and better service experience.DerCloud assumes and guarantees the confidentiality of user information and customer privacy, and destroys the data when necessary.
Article 2 Prohibited Behavior
The services provided by DerCloud are only permitted to be used in accordance with the law, and DerCloud is not responsible for the behavior of its customers arising from the use of DerCloud's services.
All products/services provided by DerCloud prohibit the following behaviors.
1. violating the laws of the United States; 2. placing Trojan horses, viruses, hackers
2. placing trojans, viruses, hackers, pornography, fraud, private clothing, plug-ins, gambling, gambling supplies, fake websites, eavesdropping, bows, fake websites, threats of violence, harassing content, incitement to hatred/violence, and any other content that violates the laws of the local country;.
3. install vpn or ss or any other network forwarding proxy service for sale or sharing; and
4. copying copyrighted music, software, books, or other means in any way unless authorized by the author or by law; and
5. sending e-mail (spam) without the recipient's permission; and
6. any behavior that may result in cyber retaliation against Symantec Network or affect other users.
ceranety.com has verified and confirmed that if a user acts in the above manner, we will have the right to take action, including but not limited to: requesting removal, suspension of service, suspension of service, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Article 3 Network Abuse
DerCloud does not permit, condone or authorize any form of network abuse, including but not limited to denial of service attacks, phishing, port scanning, SYN flooding, etc. DerCloud does not endorse, tolerate or authorize any form of network abuse.
Hudson has full authority to determine what constitutes network abuse and to take appropriate action, with or without prior notice to Customer.
You may not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to.
1. any attempt to detect, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network.
2. interfering with the normal operation of any user, the Service or the network, including, but not limited to, mail bombing, flooding, intentionally overloading systems and broadcasting attacks; and
3. password blasting/hijacking, security vulnerability scanning, port scanning.
4. Unreasonable use of the network, causing interference to other users.
Article 4 Disclaimer
Users using DerCloud.net servers for business activities should obtain permission or approval from the relevant authorities of the country in which they are located, and are prohibited from publishing content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others, including intellectual property rights. However, Hudson has no obligation to review the compliance of users. Any economic, political, legal disputes and other problems arising from the user's business activities shall be solved by the user and bear all responsibilities.
